It all sounds great! I love these! I keep thinking I should do it too but I always find my recipes in books. I saw a cookbook I thought you'd like called Wholesome Kitchen. (superfood meets comfort food i this cozy cookbook filled with soups, stews and casseroles. The meals are made with healthy hearty beans, lentils and whole grains. Vegetarian variations keep dinners flexible and there are desserts starring fruit and natural sweeteners.) does THAT sound like something that would suit you?? :)
