I tried your Alfredo recipe, but only had 2% milk. It was still soooo good!! Who knew it was that easy??


Okay, I tried the recipe tonight. Mine had a few problems...my 'sauce' looked like melted marshmallows! Nothing gentle about the tossing to mix it in. I used fresh grated parmesan, was i supposed to use the shaker type??? As odd as it was, it still tasted really good and I would like to try it again. What did I do wrong?
