Monday: Leftover Pasta and Sausage
- Another leftover night - needed to get some pasta eaten up and it was really nice to have something quick.
Tuesday: Ham, Mashed Potatoes and Carrots
- Jonathan cooked supper tonight - what a treat! His parents brought us a big ham on the weekend - my fav.
Wednesday: Fettuccini Alfredo with Ham and Peas
- One of my favorite ways to eat ham - I always want fettuccini alfredo when we have leftover ham.
Thursday: Widow's Soup
- This is a favorite of ours especially in the winter.
Friday: Ham and Potato Frittata
- We have lots of potatoes in our house too - several boxes arrived from various relatives this weekend.
Saturday: Split Pea and Ham Soup
- I thought I'd try something different with the ham bone instead of Ham and Navy Bone Soup.
Last week's recipe review:
My favorite was the lemongrass chicken. It was soooooo good. The kids couldn't get enough chicken (I can tell they don't get it very often). I can't wait to make it again.
Lots of homemade goodness at your house this week. It's definitely fall when half of the meal plan is soups/stews. It's the same at our house this week, too. Bon Appetit!

I love ham too and the leftovers are so awesome! I made stew today - such an autumn meal - and used beets to make a pasta sauce one other day. I need to do a week's plan at a time like you do. Love you!

Do you have a recipe for the fettuccini alfredo? I have leftover ham in the freezer and would love to make that.

Mmm! I bought split peas this week on a whim because I love pea soup, and now you've given me a recipe to try :) Thanks!!
